Conditions of Use


Röshult terms of purchase and price list are valid from the date stated Röshult website and replaces previously published by Röshult conditions of sale. The goods presented by Röshult website constitutes Röshult normal range.

Rates
All prices on roshults shop are inclusive of VAT (25%). We reserve the right to change prices at home and in publications without prior notice. Rates in force at the time of the order even at the time of delivery. Shipping and COD charges are applicable on all orders, the orders are paid directly by credit card will only delivery costs.

Order Confirmation
Once you completed the order process and the order is sent to us you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. It is therefore very important that you leave a correct email address when registering. E-mail address is used if we need to contact you regarding your order, and to send delivery confirmation to any parcel number. Some so-called SPAM protection may cause the email not getting through to you. You can always log into your account with the data you chose during registration and the check status of orders.

Delivery

We process orders within 1-3 days. Delivery time may vary depending on country and district.

Foreign Deliveries
All orders to be sent abroad to advance paid via VISA or, by agreement, by bank transfer.


Transportation Injury
For shipping damage, you should report them immediately to the disclosure (post office or shipping company) and to us via email. info@roshults.se

Complaints
For complaints of a good start so you're always having to contact us via email or telephone. Packaging must be unbroken and goods must be intact and be in original packaging. Comments not made within 7 days after receipt will not be accepted. A broken or wrong delievered to be returned within 10 days. We will send you free to be new to you and return shipping refunded. Wanted money back for the goods count as chargebacks - see information under heading "Right of withdrawal".

Right of withdrawal
According to Distance Contracts have you as a consumer right to withdraw its bid without giving reasons, provided that the goods are returned to us in the unaltered and undamaged within 14 days from the date you received the goods. If you cancel your purchase and send back the whole and ouppackade goods we will refund the amount you paid.
Returned goods must be unused and in unopened original packaging.
Freight costs are the buyer.

Not triggered delivery

We charge 50 € / package freight costs and management of non-triggered delivery. The payment of the amount sent with payment period 10 days. If payment has not provided us in the meantime sent the case to the Enforcement Service.

Bank / Credit Card
We accept VISA debit cards. Card transactions handled by Auriga AB (http://www.auriga.se) that ensures that your card details are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Auriga is a Payment Service Provider (PSP) and offers services and solutions for payments, the integrated card payments and e-gift certificate for online payment. Aurigas operations are certified according to industry safety standard short PCI DSS, thereby securing transactions. No card information is handled or stored, therefore, on our servers or in our databases.

Warranties
Roshults.se sold with one year warranty unless otherwise stated in the product description. The warranty is only valid in Sweden. Otherwise the provisions for individuals existing consumer purchasing.

Terms and Conditions
